My Training & Experience
I am a fully insured BACP Accredited Counsellor. My main training was at the Mary Ward Centre in London. I trained in the Integrative Approach - I see the quality of our relationship is of central importance and will draw upon person-centred, psychodynamic and transpersonal approaches. My practice is further guided by the BACP ethical framework.

Experiencing anxiety is the main reason people come to see me but I work with a range of concerns and feelings e.g. loneliness, feeling stuck, depression, work-related stress, sexuality, relationship and interpersonal issues.

As well as my private practice I am a volunteer counsellor for an organisation offering support for people in a caring role. In the past I have volunteered for a community based service for clients presenting with a wide range of issues

I also hold a degree in Sociology with Professional Studies (Psycho-Sociology) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Guidance.
As a careers counsellor both in school, community, university and private settings I have gained extensive experience of working with young people.
